Delulu Stream

By participating in the Delulu 10K Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

The Delulu 10K Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Decart.ai Inc. ("Decart", "Delulu", "Sponsor", "we", "our", or "us"), operator of Delulu Stream.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Discord, X, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, Elgato, or any manufacturer, retailer, or third-party platform whose products or services may be referenced in connection with the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

Are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Are legally permitted to participate in promotions of this type in their country, state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.
Are members of the official Delulu Discord server during the Giveaway Period.
Are in good standing with Delulu and the Delulu Discord community at the time of entry and prize award.
Are legally permitted to receive the applicable prize.

The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Residents of jurisdictions in which the Giveaway, prize award, or fulfillment would require governmental registration, licensing, authorization, bonding, or other regulatory approval that Sponsor has not obtained are not eligible.

Persons located in jurisdictions subject to applicable United States sanctions or embargoes, or persons appearing on applicable government restricted-party lists, are not eligible.

Employees of Sponsor, individuals directly involved in administering or operating the Giveaway, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

Sponsor may request reasonable proof of age, identity, residency, account ownership, and eligibility before awarding a prize.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 23, 2026, at the time the official Giveaway announcement is published in the Delulu Discord community.

Entries will be accepted until September 6, 2026 at 7:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET").

Entries received at or after 7:00 AM ET on September 6, 2026 will not be eligible.

Potential winners are scheduled to be selected and announced on September 6, 2026 following the close of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may delay the public announcement where additional time is reasonably required to validate entries, investigate suspected abuse, confirm eligibility, or resolve technical issues.

All references to time in these Official Rules are Eastern Time.

4. Maximum Number of Entries

Each eligible person may receive a maximum of five (5) entries in total.

Entries are awarded as follows:

1 entry for answering the Giveaway question.
Up to 3 additional entries for completing the Delulu transformation social-post activity or the equivalent free alternative entry method described below.
1 additional entry for reposting the official Giveaway announcement on X and providing the entrant's X username.

Creating additional accounts, submitting multiple versions of the same entry, or repeating an entry activity does not increase the five-entry maximum.

5. Primary Entry: 1 Entry

To receive one (1) entry, participants must answer the following question in the designated #10k-delulus Discord channel:

"If Delulu could transform you into anything for one stream, what would you choose?"

Only one qualifying answer will be counted per person.

Editing, reposting, deleting and resubmitting, or answering from additional Discord accounts will not generate additional entries.

6. Delulu Transformation Bonus: 3 Additional Entries

Participants may earn three (3) additional entries by:

Creating the transformation described in their Giveaway answer using Delulu.
Posting the resulting transformation publicly on an eligible social media platform.
Submitting the public link to the post in #10k-delulus before the Giveaway closes.

Eligible platforms may include:

TikTok
Instagram
X
YouTube / YouTube Shorts
Twitch clips

Sponsor may accept comparable publicly accessible social platforms at its discretion.

The submitted post must remain publicly accessible until at least the end of the Giveaway Period.

Private accounts, deleted posts, inaccessible links, or content Sponsor cannot reasonably verify will not qualify.

Posting multiple transformations does not provide more than three bonus entries.

Because the opportunity to receive additional Giveaway entries is an incentive for publishing the content, qualifying social posts must clearly disclose their connection to the Giveaway.

Participants should clearly state something such as:

"Entry for the Delulu 10K Giveaway"

or use a clear identifying disclosure such as:

#Delulu10KGiveaway

The disclosure should be reasonably noticeable to people viewing the content and should not be hidden among unrelated hashtags or text.

For video content, participants should make the Giveaway connection reasonably clear within the video or in a prominent location accompanying the video.

Posts that intentionally conceal the fact that they were created as part of the Giveaway may be ruled ineligible for the three bonus entries.

8. Free Alternative Method for the 3 Bonus Entries

No purchase, paid subscription, or other payment is required to receive the three bonus entries described above.

A participant who does not wish to create or publicly post a Delulu transformation may instead receive the same three (3) bonus entries through the following free alternative method:

In #10k-delulus, submit a message clearly labeled:

"FREE ALTERNATIVE ENTRY"

The message must include the participant's original transformation concept and confirm that they are requesting the alternative three Giveaway entries.

Only one alternative bonus submission is permitted per participant.

A participant may receive either:

3 bonus entries through the public transformation method,

3 bonus entries through the free alternative method.

The methods cannot be combined to receive more than three entries.

No payment or Delulu subscription is necessary to use the alternative method.

9. X Repost Bonus: 1 Additional Entry

Participants may earn one (1) additional entry by:

Reposting the official Delulu 10K Giveaway post on X.
Posting their X username/handle in #10k-delulus so Sponsor can verify the repost.

The repost and X account must remain publicly viewable until the Giveaway Period ends.

Only one X bonus entry is permitted per person.

Using multiple X accounts to obtain additional Giveaway entries is prohibited.

Reposting the Giveaway announcement multiple times does not generate additional entries.

10. One Person, One Entry Allocation

The five-entry limit applies per person, not per account.

Creating or using multiple:

Discord accounts
Delulu accounts
X accounts
social media accounts
email addresses
identities

to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited.

Sponsor may combine, invalidate, or disqualify entries where it reasonably determines that multiple accounts belong to the same person.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, fraudulent submissions, purchased accounts, impersonation, or manipulation of the Giveaway are prohibited.

11. Content Requirements

Any content submitted in connection with the Giveaway must:

Be created or lawfully controlled by the entrant.
Comply with applicable law.
Comply with Delulu's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Comply with the applicable social platform's rules.
Not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of another person.
Not contain unlawful or prohibited material.
Not falsely impersonate another individual.
Not use another person's image, likeness, or other protected material without any permission legally required.

Sponsor may reject or disqualify an entry that violates these requirements.

12. Winner Selection

Five (5) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Every valid entry represents one chance in the drawing.

Accordingly, an entrant with five valid entries will have five chances in the drawing, while an entrant with one valid entry will have one chance.

Content quality, follower count, audience size, streaming statistics, artistic skill, or popularity will not affect winner selection.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One person may win a maximum of one prize.

Once a participant has been selected for a prize, any remaining entries associated with that individual will be removed from subsequent prize drawings.

Sponsor's determination regarding entry eligibility, entry counts, and administration of the random drawing is final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Prizes

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is USD $1,500.

Prize allocation:

1st Prize: USD $500
2nd Prize: USD $350
3rd Prize: USD $250
4th Prize: USD $200
5th Prize: USD $200

Each confirmed winner may choose between:

A cash prize equal to the applicable prize value,

Streamer/content-creator equipment with an approximate retail value of up to the applicable prize value.

Examples of eligible creator equipment may include:

Microphones
Cameras or webcams
Stream Decks or comparable creator control devices
Lighting
Capture equipment
Streaming accessories
Comparable content-creation equipment approved by Sponsor

Any products, brands, models, or equipment shown in promotional graphics are examples only and are not guaranteed prizes.

14. Equipment Prize Conditions

A winner selecting equipment may request products up to the value of their awarded prize.

Final equipment selection is subject to:

Product availability.
Availability in the winner's country.
Reasonable shipping availability.
Legal import restrictions.
Retailer availability.
Sponsor approval.

Sponsor is not required to obtain a specific product from a specific retailer.

If the requested product is unavailable, cannot reasonably be shipped, or cannot legally be delivered to the winner, Sponsor may ask the winner to choose another eligible product or receive the cash prize instead.

Sponsor may substitute an unavailable item with an item of comparable value.

Standard shipping arranged by Sponsor will be paid by Sponsor unless otherwise communicated before the winner accepts the equipment prize.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, local handling fees, and similar charges imposed by the winner's jurisdiction are the responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise.

15. Cash Prize Conditions

Cash prizes will be denominated in United States dollars.

Sponsor will determine an appropriate and reasonably available payment method for fulfillment.

Where payment is made in another currency, applicable currency conversion may occur.

Any receiving fees, currency conversion charges, bank charges, or similar fees imposed by the winner's own financial provider are the winner's responsibility.

A winner who cannot legally or technically receive the applicable payment method may be offered another reasonable fulfillment method at Sponsor's discretion.

16. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners may be contacted through Discord, their submitted social media account, or other contact information reasonably associated with their entry.

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor's initial notification unless Sponsor provides additional time.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm:

Identity.
Age.
Country or jurisdiction of residence.
Ownership of the applicable Discord or social media account.
Compliance with these Official Rules.
Eligibility to receive the prize.

No entrant is considered an official winner until Sponsor has completed any required verification.

17. Failure to Claim a Prize

A potential winner may be disqualified if they:

Fail to respond within the required period.
Cannot establish eligibility.
Provide false or misleading information.
Cannot legally receive the prize.
Have violated these Official Rules.
Have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Giveaway.

If a potential winner is disqualified or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

18. Taxes

Each winner is solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of their prize except where applicable law requires Sponsor to withhold, report, or pay such amounts.

Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax or reporting requirements.

19. Submitted Content and License

Entrants retain ownership of content they create.

By submitting content as part of the Giveaway, the entrant represents that they have all rights necessary to submit and publicly share that content.

The entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, repost, display, distribute, communicate, and share the submitted Giveaway content for purposes connected with:

The Giveaway.
Announcing or promoting winners.
Delulu community channels.
Delulu social media accounts.
Recaps or promotion of the Giveaway.
General promotion of Delulu and its community.

This license does not transfer ownership of the entrant's content to Sponsor.

20. Winner Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, confirmed winners agree that Sponsor may publicly announce or display their:

Discord username.
Social media username.
Submitted Giveaway content.
Prize won.

Sponsor is not required to publish a winner's legal name.

Participation in additional promotional interviews, videos, testimonials, or other content is voluntary unless separately agreed with the winner.

21. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used to:

Administer the Giveaway.
Validate entries.
Prevent fraud or abuse.
Contact potential winners.
Confirm eligibility.
Deliver prizes.
Comply with legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting requirements.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the applicable Delulu and Decart Privacy Policy.

Entrants should not publicly post identification documents, residential addresses, payment information, or other sensitive personal information in #10k-delulus.

Sponsor will request such information privately where required for prize fulfillment.

22. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a participant who Sponsor reasonably determines has:

Used multiple accounts to obtain additional entries.
Used bots, scripts, automation, or artificial engagement.
Submitted fraudulent information.
Impersonated another individual.
Submitted content belonging to someone else without authorization.
Manipulated the Giveaway or entry process.
Attempted to interfere with winner selection.
Violated these Official Rules.
Violated Delulu's applicable Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Violated applicable law.

Sponsor may invalidate all entries associated with the participant.

23. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, misdirected, deleted, or unable to be verified because of:

Internet failures.
Discord outages.
X or other social platform outages.
Account suspensions imposed by third-party platforms.
Deleted social posts.
Technical failures.
Network problems.
Software or hardware errors.
Events reasonably outside Sponsor's control.

Evidence reasonably maintained by Sponsor concerning the receipt and validity of an entry will control in the event of a dispute, subject to applicable law.

24. Right to Modify, Suspend or Cancel

Sponsor may modify, suspend, extend, terminate, or cancel the Giveaway where Sponsor reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, technical failure, legal requirements, platform disruption, security incidents, events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or other circumstances have compromised or may compromise the integrity or lawful operation of the Giveaway.

Where reasonably possible, material changes will be communicated through Delulu's official community channels.

Sponsor will endeavor to preserve already valid entries where reasonably practical and lawful.

25. Third-Party Platforms

Discord, X, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and any other third-party platform used in connection with this Giveaway are not responsible for administering the Giveaway or fulfilling prizes.

Entrants agree to comply with the terms and rules of each platform they use.

Any questions, complaints, or claims concerning the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor rather than those third-party platforms.

26. Product Manufacturers

References to microphones, cameras, Stream Decks, lighting products, capture cards, or other creator equipment do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with the manufacturers of those products.

Unless expressly announced otherwise, no equipment manufacturer or retailer is a sponsor of the Giveaway.

27. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Sponsor makes no independent warranty concerning third-party equipment awarded as a prize. Any applicable manufacturer's warranty remains subject to that manufacturer's own terms.

28. Governing Law and Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable Delulu Terms of Service, including any applicable arbitration provisions, are incorporated into these Official Rules to the extent legally enforceable.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that an entrant may have under applicable law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Sponsor is responsible for interpretation and administration of these Official Rules.

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, validation of entries, rule enforcement, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Acceptance of the Official Rules

By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they:

Have read these Official Rules.
Meet the eligibility requirements.
Agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Agree to the applicable Delulu Terms of Service and policies where relevant.
Understand that participation does not guarantee a prize.
Understand that winners are selected randomly.
Understand that a maximum of five entries may be obtained.
Understand that no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
